In the early 2000s, Bare Escentuals launched bareMinerals, an emerging but small-scale cosmetics company with minimal retail distribution. Datapak was secured to lead critical aspects of its direct response TV campaigns. Datapak fast became a marketing advisor. Leveraging and analyzing the customer buying data captured in its campaigns, Datapak provided recommendations on product sizes, presentation, special offers and brand engagement. Collectively, these changes had a positive impact on the growth of the brand and its online and in-store sales.

When the brand introduced their subscription/auto-ship program for its popular cosmetics, we moved swiftly to hone our processes and procedures to seamlessly process and deliver more than 50,000 subscription orders, monthly, on behalf of the brand. We provided counsel on data reporting and customer analytics to provide valuable insight into market growth potential. Datapak served in this capacity until the company became a public-traded company and order-fulfillment related operations were brought in house.

Founded in 2006, YesTo is one of the fastest growing consumer hair and skincare product companies in the world. Its expanding line of fruit and vegetable-based products are available in 27,000+ stores throughout 25 countries. Prior to its launch to the market, YesTo’s founding team sought expert guidance in planning and developing the successful launch and ongoing execution of its global web presence, focused on its ecommerce operation and digital marketing efforts. They chose Datapak to be their partner because of our reputation and track record.

We worked closely with YesTo’s marketing staff to plan the brand’s store with scalability in mind. In addition to providing day-to-day management of its sites, we provided general site and campaign performance recommendations and updates. Since the site’s launch, Datapak implemented many enhancements including loyalty programs, ratings and reviews, a blog, expansion to support the extensive 100+ item list of products within five product families and the development of a separate mobile site.

Vitamin and wellness boost brand Olly turned to Datapak for order management and fulfillment services for its growing ecommerce site. Datapak was at the top of the list as the company prepared to shift its store to a subscription-only model. The marketing staff cited Datapak’s deep expertise in subscription management, fulfillment, ecommerce development and related marketing services, as a leading reason they chose the company. Earlier this year, we collaborated with the brand’s marketing and operations staff to develop and launch a new, enhanced version of the site to better support the brand’s shift to the subscription-only model. Daily, we collaborate with the brand’s leadership to plan and implement site enhancements. Olly is widely distributed in major pharmacy, groceries and major big-box retailers.
